Technical service representative (filled position)
40h/week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Laval – head office
Main job functions
- Creation of work orders for technicians on the road
- Billing and parts ordering
- Customer service on the telephone and at the parts counter
- Work as part of a team with the sales and service department
Job requirements
- Level of education: college completed
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
- Excellent customer service
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
