Main job functions

• Creation of work orders for technicians on the road
• Billing and parts ordering
• Customer service on the telephone and at the parts counter
• Work as part of a team with the sales and service department

Job requirements

• Level of education: college completed
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
• Excellent customer service
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
